You sent an open box! It took you longer to agree to exchange it than it does to manufacture a shower. I sent it back to you and then had to chase my nearly £300 refund. Pretty shite service!

No ability to vary pressure and not obvious to switch off. Have to find the exact spot between rain shower being on and hand held shower head on... very easy to leave it dripping. Not great design, disappointed... Our last shower lasted about 25yrs.. will this one last likewise?
