I bought bath and kitchen taps as my old ones were all rusty and changing the washers was not fixing the problem anymore. The taps look great and work beautifully. My flatmate says we used to have Toyotas and we now have Ferraris.

The Bristan Bath Shower Mixer VAC LBSM C MT arrived with a defect, which should have easily been noticed during assembly of the item or during a quality check.
