I’m unhappy that I can’t return this boiler because opened box only but didn’t use . Spend 1k and lost it. .

Hi,
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately this returns policy is set by the manufacturer which is out of our control.

When the boiler box has been opened then we cannot accept a return for the boiler, which is also stated on our website and on the box you received.
