Bought the toilet seat for a good price but delivery took ten days and the customer support was very slow and poor. Every time I phoned for an update it sounded like I had woken the support guy up. I’ve used this shop quite a few times and they’ve been great but this time they didn’t seem to care. I personally will shop elsewhere in the future.
