Unfortunately the quality of Heritage toilet seats has plummeted.The fist toilet seat we ordered did not sit level on our ceramic heritage toilet .Then a replacement that came was faulty ,as a part of the wood toilet seat had been filled with wood filler which looked bad and would create a weakness.We returned this and have asked for a full refund.

Its replaced an existing seat, and is a perfect match. The Old one, (not supplied by you!!), started to split after 5 Years and cost twice as much! Just wanted to let you know. Its constructed well and has the quick release hinge, perfect for ease of cleaning. Absolute value for money.
