As expected.

Polypipe lose one star for the number of things about their system that were not made sufficiently clear at the point of system design / sale (which was provided by Polypipe themselves, not Plumb2U). Their support person has been lovely and helpful but considering the category of product, they should have the capability of sending engineers out (such as is done with boilers, appliances and instant hot taps).
