Like for like age-replacement. Easy to install as it connected to existing pipe connectors. Very fast delivery. Included everything I needed. All good.

Bought to replace 15yr old Tapworks softener that was getting tired. Product slightly changed,probably improved, same high quality.

We had the same one for 15 years - it still worked but needed more salts -this one is basically the same so should have been be a straight swap - it was but only because I had the pipe connectors from the original. If I had used the ones with the kit it would have meant altering the existing pipework. The thickness of the main body is about half of the original - however it does not effect the operation. Hopefully it will last 15 years.

At the moment working really well. Easy to fit.

At the moment I cannot give you a real review because my plumber has not fully connected it. On the outside a few things have changed so if it performs as well as the last one I will be happy. It would however be a good idea if someone could look into why I needed a replacement. Parts of the inside are made out of Bakelite which as we all know goes brittle with time, that is why I needed a replacement.

Replacement for 12 year-old previous Tapworks model which had reached the end of its life. a straight swap-out, so easy to install.

Easily installed by our plumber and exceptionally easy to set up.Our previous model Tapworks softener gave great service for over 20 years so very much hoping the same for this replacement model.

The item arrived broken and not assembled. I dealt directly with Tapworks UK customer services who sent a replacement part which arrived within 24 hours. They also advised on assembly. They were keen to here where I had purchased the water softener.

The HSC11PRO is far superior to the AD11 that was ten years old and it was easily installed.

It was to replace a ten year old model. The replacement was simple to install though fittings have changed.

Great item but £500 really?! basically a water pump through salt.

Noticed a difference to our water near on straight away. Good product.

The basic design is fragile, but the basic item works well. You need to advise the manufacturer.

Probably OK when it arrives in one piece. It replaces an earlier model that lasted 16 years.
