  1. Description of Calmag Max S Sediment Water Filter Cartridge CART-MAX-S:



    This product is the Calmag Max S Sediment Water Filter Cartridge CART-MAX-S. This sediment cartridge helps to reduce dirt and sediment to 5 microns. The flow rate is 70 litres per minute and the maximum temperature is 30°C. Calgam recommends changing the filter every 4-6 months.

    How to replace the cartridge:

    1. Turn off the water supply and drain the tap by leaving the tap open.
    2. Using spanner provided unscrew the housing from the head and take out old cartridge. (Place a bowl under the housing to catch any remaining water in housing).
    3. Fit new cartridge and screw bowl back on to head & tighten.
    4. Turn the water supply back on, open tap to remove any airlocks.
    5. Check for leaks.

Does what it's meant to do ! Recommended replacement interval is 6 months but ours is fine up to one year filtering spring water for household use.
