    When running pipework from an externally mounted Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) or biomass boiler into a property, the pipes must pass through the exterior wall. Without proper insulation, the hot pipework is susceptible to cold bridging and significant heat loss.

    According to MIS 3005, external pipework must be adequately insulated to maintain efficiency and comply with regulations.

    This kit provides effective thermal insulation within the wall and includes an elbow section designed to cover the external copper pipe connection, ensuring complete protection and minimising heat loss.
