    Primary Pro - Bond and seal Adhesive 290ml product is designed to assist installers in creating effective seals for various applications. It is particularly useful for sealing joints, ensuring a tight seal for insulation that prevents energy loss and keeps out adverse weather conditions like rain and snow, protecting the inner fabric of the wall.

    In addition to insulating joints, Bond & Seal polymer adhesive is also suitable for sealing insulation or pre-insulated flexible pipes to a heat pump. Its flexibility after curing allows it to absorb vibrations generated by the heat pump.

    One of the notable features of Bond & Seal is its ability to withstand exposure to different weather conditions. Even when it has cured, it remains adaptable, expanding and contracting in response to temperature fluctuations.

    Our hybrid polymer is specially formulated to create a waterproof seal for the insulation joints of Primary Pro and Condensate Pro, as well as for their transition points through the building structure. It exhibits the ability to expand and contract in response to varying weather temperatures and meets the requirements set by Building Regulations Part L.
