  1. Description of Saniflo Sanislim Macerator Pump 1054/1:



    The Sanislim enables you to install a complete new bathroom, with 2 side inlets you can include a WC, basin, bidet and shower in your new room with just one Saniflo unit. A macerator is a pump that can be installed to take black waste water away from WC's, basins, showers and a range of other appliances. It is a pump featuring a cutting blade that grinds up waste into pulp for discharge through small bore pipework to a drain pipe.

    The Sanislim fits unobtrusively behind a WC and its slim dimensions mean it is the perfect choice for slimline sanitaryware. It discharges through 22 mm pipework and needs clearance of 320 mm from the floor level to the underside of a closed couple suite to accommodate the discharge elbow. It is quieter and more efficient than other products on the market. The Sanislim comes with a 2-year warranty. A Sanialarm can be fitted to this product for added peace of mind if required.

Replacement for previous model which decided to give up after just over 12 years. Replacement is slighly more sleek in its design, but the connections match up almost exactly bar just one slight adjustment to the outlet. The new model is much quieter than the previous one, and the pump does not operate for so long, so far less conpicuous. If this last another 12 years I'll be more than happy.
